Inspired by the simple grandeur of the Avant-Garde movement of the 1950s, Jonas Wagell's Julep collection for Tacchini explores the contemporary allure of soft, enveloping form. The statement making Julep Island's lush contours set the mold for the full Julep line comprised of chaise longue, armchair, sofa, and ottoman. Each fully upholstered piece combines an ample body with slim recessed base - a combination that adds a sense of gravity defying buoyancy. Designed for residential interiors, the Julep shines equally bright in hospitality and contract spaces. Julep is the proud recipient of the Muuuz International Awards 2018, and the Archiproducts Design Awards 2018.

- Internal frame: poplar and birch plywood 18 mm thick, with elastic belts.
- Padding: differentiated density polyurethane foam.
- Base: poplar plywood 3 mm thick covered with the same fabric of the product.
