DSHOP wants your shopping experience to be a great one. As such, we are happy to offer refunds on items that have arrived in error, damaged or not to your satisfaction. We also offer exchanges and store credits.
To begin the return process please contact DSHOP at email@example.com. Indicate your reason for return and we will walk you through the return process.
All returned items must be in unused, new condition and must be returned along with the original packaging and papers, within seven days of receipt. Some items are subject to a 10-25% re-stocking fee.
DSHOP will cover your return costs only in situations in which the item arrived in error.
Sale items and items shipped to customers outside the United States are not eligible for return.
