• CARE: Utilize a moist cloth to absorb any spilled liquid. Avoid scrubbing the cloth, as this may harm the fabric's surface. For optimal outcomes, delicately blot and lift any stains. If stains are more resistant, a mild detergent may be employed. Refrain from using a scourer, as this will cause damage to the bouclé's surface. When cleaning, utilize the gentle side of a white cloth. Keep in mind that bouclé furniture is not suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight, as it can result in sun damage to the fabric.

• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:

• Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
• Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
• Items not in their original intact packaging.
• Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.

ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:

• Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.

THE FINAL PHASE:

Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
