Established in the autumn of 2019, Cappelen Dimyr is a creative collective based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The fast-burgeoning brand is passionate about the craft of creating contemporary artisanal rugs and tapestries using only the finest natural materials, handcrafted by masters in India using timeless, traditional techniques. 

Inspired by an interpretation of slow luxury, the brand's ethos centers around a thoughtfully designed product designed to stand the test of time.

Cappelen Dimyr prides itself on using chemical-free production techniques and continually seeks to enhance its methods to prioritize the well-being of both individuals and the environment. The collection uses only natural materials including unbleached linen and wool while each piece is hand trimmed, washed with natural soap, and dried under the sun - ensuring an environmentally conscious product each and every time. 

Earthy, warm, bohemian, and artful, Cappelen Dimyr is setting the stage for a uniquely conscious and artisan-born future.
