THE PRIZE:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The DSHOP Review Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2024 and ends 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELEGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents, who have left a review on their DSHOP purchase and are 18 years of age or older at the time of review submission. Employees of Dpages LLC., its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Void outside the contiguous United States. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in the state of Maryland.
ENTRY METHOD:
DSHOP customers who leave a review on their purchase during the Promotion Period and meet the Eligibility requirements will be entered for a chance to win The Prize.
WINNER SELECTION:
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:
Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. The winner will be notified by email with a discount code that will enable them to order their prize at shop.thedpages.com at no cost. The winner may forfeit The Prize if the discount code is not used within 6 months of receipt.
RULES:
The Prize cannot be transferred, and no cash alternatives are permitted except by Dpages LLC., which has the right to replace The Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if The Prize cannot be given as described for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for all relevant federal, state, and local taxes. By participating and/or winning a prize, you agree to abide by these official rules. Dpages LLC. has the authority to disqualify any individual or winner who interferes with or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes process or Website; breaches these Rules; behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intention to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any individual. Entries must not be sexually explicit or suggestive, excessively violent or derogatory towards any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any dangerously risky activity. Entries produced by script or bot are ineligible. Dpages LLC. is not liable for inaccurate capture of entry information, such as technical malfunctions, human or technical errors, printing mistakes, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any computer line or network, computer equipment, software, entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, or misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise non-compliant with the Official Rules or any combination thereof. Dpages LLC. has the right to alter, extend, or rerun the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be chosen by Dpages LLC. in a random draw from all eligible, non-suspect entries received by the Sweepstakes end date. Winners accept all responsibility for any injury or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, including death, by participating in the Sweepstakes or using or redeeming any prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the winner's full first name, last initial, and state of residence possibly being displayed online. Dpages LLC. is not accountable for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or announcement of the prize winner's name and state. You affirm that you have read and fully understand these Rules.
DISPUTES:
By participating, you agree to the following terms: (1) Any disputes, claims, or legal matters related to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded must be handled on an individual basis in the United States District Court for Maryland, without involving class actions; (2) Any claims or awards will be limited to actual expenses incurred, excluding legal fees, and you waive the right to seek damages beyond out-of-pocket costs; (3) You also waive the right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual expenses, and you cannot seek multiplied or increased damages. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, as well as the rights and responsibilities of participants and the Sponsor, will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without considering choice of law or conflict of law rules.
