No.23 Rug

The No.23 Rug from Cappelen Dimyr is an exquisite handmade piece that embodies Nordic tradition and aesthetics. Crafted using an ochre / sand-colored jute and light unbleached New Zealand wool, this flat woven rug features a striking three-dimensional texture that enhances its timeless design. Adorned with short cotton fringes and a classic Scandinavian checked pattern, it artfully combines short and long checked boxes for a uniquely modern visual appeal.

Comprised exclusively of all natural fibers, the Cappelen Dimyr collection uses unbleached fibers that are hand-trimmed, washed with natural soap, and dried in the sun. The production process employs no chemicals, and the line's products proudly bear GoodWeave and Care & Fair certifications.

• CARE: Use only warm water to gently remove stains. For heavier soil, add a small amount of normal soap. The wool contains a natural fat that helps prevent stains from penetrating its fibers. This fat is important to maintain. For excess liquid, gently dab with a microfiber cloth. Dry cleaning is recommended for a more thorough cleaning.
