GamFratesi's Epic Table for Gubi is the culmination of exploration and discovery into the properties of travertine stone and steel, where extensive research into the origins and varying colors and finishes of the materials, combined with careful experimentation of proportions, weight, and form to produce a harmonious balance between material and function in the final product.

Named for the epic poems of antiquity, the Epic collection of dining tables, coffee tables, side tables, and accent tables boasts a range of round and oval options that draw inspiration from Greek columns and Roman architecture. Crafted in Italy from either travertine stone or steel, the monolithic designs highlight the unique textures and natural patinas of each piece.

The Epic Table collection's travertine stone option is avaiable in neutral white, vibrant gray, or burnt red, each handpicked for its distinct veining and striations. The steel option is avaiable in earthy red, midnight black or misty gray and is galvanized, lacquered, and finished by hand, resulting in a unique surface for each table made.
