Founded in 1967 by husband and wife team Gubi and Lisbeth Larson, the Gubi brand was created to showcase the post modern furniture and textile catalog of its founders. A generation later, Gubi and Lisbeth's sons, Jacob and Sebastian Gubi took the reigns - bringing a fresh perspective as they ushered the brand into the 21st century. The brothers' approach centered around a combination of commissioning new pieces from up and coming designers and sourcing iconic designs of the past. Today, the Gubi brand's impressive curation has brought the Copenhagen-based company onto the international design stage.
