Pierre Paulin's 1975-designed Pacha Lounge Chair captures the mood of the era with its sculptural, low-slung curves. The Pacha's forward looking low seat was born of a minimalist streamlining of the classic armchair where Paulin opted to remove the legs and replace them with a simple seamless plinth. The resultant low-to-the-floor upholstered lounge chair also tapped into 1970s furniture styles when sitting on, or close to, the floor was popularized. Designed for comfort, the Pacha Chair is crafted to offer an enveloping yet supportive seat. Today, this modern French chair has enjoyed a renaissance - reaching new heights of popularity as designers and laypeople alike revel in its comfort and irresistible style.

• Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.

Items Ineligible for Return or Cancellation:

• Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
• Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
• Items not in their original intact packaging.
• Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.

Items Subject to Restocking Fees:

• Orders exceeding $2,000 may be subject to a restocking fee.
  

The Final Phase:

Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
