BM0488 Table Bench

Børge Mogensen’s BM0488 Table Bench from 1958 is relaunched by Carl Hansen & Son as part of a growing collection of the renowned Danish architect and designer’s work. 

Versatile, timeless and carefully crafted, the BM0488 Table Bench was originally created to complement the BM0865 Daybed. The multi-functional woven bench forms part of Mogensen’s ‘building furniture’ concept – enduring furniture that could be added to and adapted over time in response to changing needs and living situations. Equally suited to use as a bench in an entrance hall or at the end of a bed, as a coffee table or side table in a dining or living room, the independent piece exudes wellbeing wherever it is placed. The BM0488 is crafted in solid oak, where the dense and flawless inner portion of the trunk known as heartwood is skillfully shaped with traditional cabinetry joints and rounded edges that repeat in the legs and rails. Topped with a double–woven surface, the durable and decorative design will look beautiful for generations to come.

• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:

• Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
• Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
• Items not in their original intact packaging.
• Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.

ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:

• Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.

THE FINAL PHASE:

Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
