Imagine if the original Coco collection had spent countless years submerged in the depths of the ocean. After being discovered by imaginary divers in a sunken wreck, the transformed Coco de Mer was brought back to the surface, revealing a new, aquatic luminocity. Through touches of hand textured metal and swags of aged brass cord, metaphorical barnacles and seaweed have clung to the Coco. In their embrace, they've bestowed the Coco de Mer with a beauty and texture that only nature can create.

Designed with conscience, a portion of each Coco de Mer sale will go towards planting trees through the non-profit organization One Tree Planted. Proud fixture owners will receive official documentation certifying their arboreal contribution to repairing the climate's balance - improving air quality, restoring ecosystems, and supporting wildlife on this magical planet called earth.

• Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:

• Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
• Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
• Items not in their original intact packaging.
• Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.

ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:

• Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.

THE FINAL PHASE:

Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
