Launched in 2003, the GUBI 3D Chair quickly became an icon and an early cornerstone of the GUBI Collection. Designed by Danish studio Komplot Design, it advanced cutting-edge veneer molding to achieve a seamless, lightweight shell.

Today, the 3D Seating Collection spans a refined veneer edition and a fully upholstered model, each offered as a dining chair, lounge chair, and counter or bar stool. Veneer shells are made from FSC®-certified oak or American walnut and wood from other controlled sources (FSC® C176589), with a considered selection of upholstery fabrics.
