Returns: 

Dshop takes pride in offering a designer curated collection of distinctive and iconic luxury furniture, lighting, and accessories, backed by exceptional customer service. If your purchase falls short of expectations, arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@thedpages.com. We are dedicated to assisting you every step of the way.

Eligibility, Terms & Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.

Items Ineligible for Return or Cancellation:

• Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
• Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
• Items not in their original intact packaging.
• Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.

Items Subject to Restocking Fees:

• Orders exceeding $5,000 may be subject to a restocking fee.
  

The Final Phase:

Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
