Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Items not in their original intact packaging.
Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.
