First created for the legendary Finland House in New York—a pioneering showcase of Nordic design excellence—the pendant embodies Tynell’s rare ability to transform brass into something almost weightless. Its signature triangular perforations create a delicate constellation of light, an artisanal hallmark that graced many of his most iconic works.

The 1965 Pendant’s elegantly perforated brass shade, paired with a frosted glass diffuser, radiates a soft, atmospheric glow. With this reissue, GUBI reintroduces one of Tynell’s most exquisite lighting designs—an enduring study in grace, proportion, and the artistry of illumination.
