The Tetra I Flush Mount offers a playful yet elegant lighting solution, drawing inspiration from 1990s video games. Its name, 'tetra', is derived from the Greek word for "four", representing the extruded squares that form its design. Each Tetra I allows for creative flexibility in orientation and arrangement, whether mounted alone or in groups, as a sconce or ceiling light. The light's clean lines and simple geometry belie its striking presence, punctuated by the peek-a-boo of a single glowing bulb. Choose from standard finishes like black poppy or brushed brass or select from a rainbow of powder coat options.

- Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
- For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
- Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:
- Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
- Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
- Items not in their original intact packaging.
- Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.
ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:
- Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.
THE FINAL PHASE:
Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
