The Tetra V Flush Mount provides a sophisticated and fun lighting solution, inspired by 1990s video games. Its name 'tetra' comes from the Greek word for four, reflecting the square shapes that make up the fixture. Despite its clean lines and simple design, the repetition of 5 blocks creates a striking silhouette that plays with color, finish, and space. Standard finishes range from black poppy to brushed nickel, with the option of custom powder coat colors upon request. While the Tetra V Flush Mount sits flush against the ceiling, its 5 bulbs add a touch of drama, reminiscent of a modern chandelier.

- For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
- Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:
- Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
- Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
- Items not in their original intact packaging.
- Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.
ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:
- Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.
THE FINAL PHASE:
Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
