The Tetra XVI Flush Mount offers a playful yet elegant lighting solution, inspired by the video games of the 1990s. Its name 'tetra' is derived from the Greek - meaning four, a reference to the extruded squares from which it is born. Each contemporary light fixture's clean lines and simple geometry belie the striking silhouette achieved by the sheer repetition of its 16 blocks that play with color as well as positive and negative space. Standard finishes range from country cream to brushed brass, with the option of custom colors available upon request. While the Tetra XVI Flush Mount lies flat to the ceiling, its peekaboo of 16 bulbs gives it all the drama of a modern chandelier.

- Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
- For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and assignment of a return authorization # before shipping the items back.
- Your order must be shipped back to Dshop within 7 days of receiving your return authorization #.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:
- Made-to-order, custom, special order items, and rugs. These items typically have lead times exceeding 2-3 weeks. If unsure about eligibility, please contact shop@thedpages.com.
- Installed items (e.g. light fixtures) or those damaged due to use.
- Items not in their original intact packaging.
- Items shipped to Alaska and/or outside the contiguous United States.
ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:
- Orders exceeding $2,500 may be subject to a restocking fee.
THE FINAL PHASE:
Your returned item(s) undergo inspection upon receipt. For items that arrive in the condition agreed upon at the time of return approval, Dshop will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with the outlined terms above.
